WESTY WEIGHT LOSS

Looking for that group support to cheer you to a healthier weight? Westy Weight Loss class includes a one-on-one with a Dietitian/Nutritionist plus seven weeks of group classes offering advice, tips, recipes, accountability and support as well as a weekly weigh-in. QI GONG

Rejuvenate the body and revitalize key organs through a therapeutic blend of focused movement, deep breathing, and creative visualization to circulate Qi (life force energy).  This powerfully healing energy practice will flush out toxins, strengthen every organ and cell in the body, soothe the nervous system, restore mental clarity, and reduce anxiety. Join our expert instructor, Sheryl, as she guides you to revitalize, rejuvenate, and restore your body and mind.

TAE KWON-DO

Increase your fitness, flexibility and confidence. Defend yourself in dangerous situations. Learn skills that apply to other sports and everyday life. Classes feature a certified Master Level Instructor and are fun, informative and a great way to make new friends!  More information

A bike share program for everyone! In addition to standard commuter bikes, we have a fleet of trikes and handcycles for accessibility. Borrow bikes from stations around Westminster for your convenience. Get more information about our yearly, monthly, and hourly membership options. Trips under 1 hour are free with membership!

WESTY GET FIT CHALLENGE

Keep your eyes peeled for the Westy Get Fit Challenge, returning in January 2018! This program is a great opportunity to gain support, motivation, accountability, education, and guidance as you take steps to becoming a healthier you. Learn about the City's recreation facilities and our fitness/wellness offerings and build friendships and community as you transform to a healthier, happier version of yourself. Registration will begin in December 2017.
