Westminster Water Bill Assistance Program Additional funds are available through the Federal CARES Act allowing the city to expand its COVID-19 water bill assistance to $100, up from the original $50 grant credit. Past participants of this one-time grant will automatically receive an additional $50 grant credit.

Xcel Energy will not disconnect service to any residential customers until further notice. If customers are having difficulty paying bills, contact Xcel directly and they will arrange a payment plan that works for you.
