The City of Westminster places a high priority on contact with adjacent property owners and existing neighborhoods that could be affected by a new development proposal. As part of the development review process, the City of Westminster requires that the applicants representing new projects contact the surrounding neighborhoods regarding their proposed developments. The applicant is responsible for all public notifications, researching and providing property ownership information, and if applicable, organizing and conducting neighborhood meeting(s). In the virtual setting, the City will be responsible for facilitating the neighborhood meeting using the GoToWebinar platform.

A virtual neighborhood meeting has been scheduled for the Preliminary Development Plan Amendment (PDPA) and Official Development Plan Amendment (ODPA) review of Holly Park. The virtual neighborhood meeting will be held on October 6, 2021 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Please see below for meeting information.

Required (Virtual) Neighborhood Meeting – PDPA and ODPA for Holly Park: An application for amendments to the Preliminary Development Plan and Official Development Plan was submitted to the City in August, 2021.
Staff have completed their first review of the PDPA and ODPA and the applicant is required to hold a neighborhood meeting before they can resubmit their application.
The neighborhood meeting will be held on October 6, 2021 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
