The City of Westminster places a high priority on contact with adjacent property owners and existing projects that could be affected by a new development proposal. As part of the development review process, the City of Westminster requires that the applicants representing new projects contact the surrounding property owners regarding their proposed developments. The applicant is responsible for all public notifications, researching and providing property ownership information, and if applicable, organizing and conducting project meeting(s). In the virtual setting, the City will be responsible for facilitating the project meeting using the GoToWebinar platform.
A virtual project meeting has been scheduled for the Official Development Plan (ODP) review of the Uplands Parcel B-1 residential subdivision. The virtual project meeting will be held on April 5th, 2023 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Please see below for meeting information.
Required (Virtual) Project Meeting – Uplands Parcel B-1 residential subdivision: An application for an Official Development Plan was submitted to the City in January, 2023
Staff have completed their first review of the ODP and the applicant is required to hold a project meeting before they can resubmit their application.
The virtual project meeting will be held on April 5, 2023 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. (*Note: Meeting will adjourn once all questions and comments have been heard.)
