The Innovation and Communication Division is led by Innovation and Communication Manager Ryan Hegreness, 303-658-2008 and Communication Manager Jodie Carroll, 303-658-2012. Communication and Outreach staff members perform communication efforts for the city, providing Westminster citizens with comprehensive information about the activities and operation of their local government.

Other important aspects of the Communication and Outreach Division mission are:

  • To explain the value of local government by defining its scope of service and the resources it takes to provide those services.
  • To develop an informed citizenship that crosses all age groups.
  • To provide City of Westminster employees with comprehensive information about the activities and operations of their employer.
  • To provide the framework for the development of positive and productive relationships among City of Westminster constituencies and employees.
