Project Description: 312 unit multifamily apartment building with associated amenities located within the heart of the Westminster Promenade entertainment and commercial development.

 

Public Hearing Requirement: A public hearing was not required for this development as the uses and densities were already approved on the PDP and ODP. The development also did not meet the size threshold for a public hearing.

Review Process Status: This development was administratively approved in December 2020. The city is reviewing the construction plans and construction will likely start in summer 2021.
