Mr. Sheppard has been located and is safe.  Thank you to everyone who shared this information.

This morning Westminster Police were notified of a missing adult.  Anthony Sheppard was last known to be at his residence in the 7500 block of Clay Street around 2:45am.

Anthony has several disabilities which require medication, to include diabetes.  Anthony left home without any of his necessary medication.

Anthony is 5’5” tall, 300 lbs, he has brown/grey hair and brown eyes, he also has a goatee. Anthony was last seen wearing:

Plain white tee-shirt underneath a black collared shirt

Grey sweat pants

1 blue Velcro shoe

1 grey shoe

Anthony walks with a cane, usually on his right side.
