Westminster librarians have curated a list of literary works for your consideration. There are books for every age group. View the 2023 list. Books may be checked out at College Hill or Irving Street libraries. Check here for location and hours.  
 
Residents may also download e-Books and audiobooks on the free Overdrive, Libby, or Hoopla apps.

Hoopla: Access Hoopla online using the web browser on your computer, or on mobile devices with the Hoopla app for iOS, Android, Kindle Fire (Fire OS 5.0.0 and newer), and Alexa. Check out a total of eight items per month. Checkout items reset on the first of the month. Checkout period: 21 days.
