City invites residents to take water rate survey

City Council will be reviewing 2022 water rate recommendations in May, and Council members want to hear from you.

Share your thoughts with us by taking the following survey: https://westywaterrates.us/proposed-water-rate-survey. The survey closes May 4.

The City of Westminster is considering a water and sewer rate increase for 2022. The proposed water and sewer rates would add just over $4 per month to the average customer's bill compared to 2021 rates. The proposed rates prioritize funding for WATER2025, the replacement of the 50-year-old Semper Water Treatment Facility. WATER2025 is the single most important water project for this city in decades and will ensure safe drinking water for Westminster residents for generations to come.
