Learn more about Colorado through DRCOG's Citizens' Academy

Do you want to increase your knowledge of regional issues and enhance your leadership skills? Check out the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) Citizens' Academy. DRCOG is now accepting applications for their spring 2021 virtual academy

Through the nationally-recognized academy, participants learn from local experts and leaders, network with other residents and act on what they've learned. Since 2007, more than 900 residents have completed the academy.

Over the past decade, the Citizens' Academy has inspired and prepared numerous alumni to serve as elected officials, and hundreds of participants have gone on to positions in public agencies or non-profit organizations that shape Colorado's future.

The application period closes Wednesday, Feb. 24.

The seven-week academy begins April 1 and will be held virtually.
