Project update on moratorium and Big Dry Creek Basin Sewer project

In July, the City of Westminster approved a 12-month moratorium on new development applications in the area of the city generally north of 92nd Avenue.

The purpose of the moratorium is to address critical sanitary sewer capacity constraints in the Big Dry Creek Interceptor Sewer.
