Printing Childcare Statements through Online Services
Print Statement now
You will need a username and password. If you do not have these items, please call one of the recreation centers listed:
- West View Recreation Center - 303-460-9530
- Swim & Fitness Center - 303-427-2217
- City Park Fitness Center - 303-460-9691
- City Park Recreation Center - 303-658-2902
Use the link above. Once you have a username and password, log into the online services area.
Click on the "Register for a Rec Activity" box.
Log into the online services area.
Click on "My Account" and then click on "Childcare Statements."
Using the drop-down arrow, choose the year you want to report on.
If you have multiple children, change the "Print Total Payments by Member" to "Yes."
Click "Submit."
The report can take a few minutes to process, so please be patient. The report will be emailed to the email that is on file.
