NEXT STEPS:

Email all required documentation to fields@westminsterco.gov:

1. Download, sign and email the required Athletic Field Rental Agreements from the main Listing of Fields page. These MUST BE COMPLETED WITH YOUR ONLINE APPLICATION or your application will not be considered complete.

2. NONPROFITS: Email a copy of your IRS 501c3 to qualify for nonprofit rates.

THEN:

Once approved, the following will need to be completed and returned to the City of Westminster a minimum of two weeks prior to permit start date:

  • Certificate of Liability Insurance showing proof of liability insurance in the amount of ONE Million Dollars and the City of Westminster, 4800 W. 92nd Ave., Westminster, CO 80031 listed as an additional insured on the certificate
  • Payment which can be made by credit card by calling 303-658-2393 (Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.), by check (made out to City of Westminster) or in person with cash at the Westminster Sports Center, 6051 W. 95th Ave., Westminster 80031.
