Community Room is currently unavailable due to construction
The Community Room at the Swim and Fitness Center is available for private rentals including birthday parties, showers, small family gatherings and more. The room capacity is 40 people and overlooks the pool area. Rectangular, square and round tables available for use. Beer and wine permits are available.

- Monday - Friday 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

- Business Rate: - $125 per day
- Non-Profit Usage - Non-profit rates are available to Resident Groups, but usage request must be in writing.
