Meade Circle Sanitary Sewer Improvements Project

The City of Westminster is investing $800,000 to replace a sewer pipe in the area of Meade Cr near Lowell Blvd. The existing pipe is old, in poor condition and at full capacity. A new pipe needs to be installed to ensure reliable service.

Project Overview

Over 1,000 feet of new sewer pipe will be installed in Meade Circle and Newton Street from West 98th Pl to West 97th Ave and in West 97th Ave from Osceola to Newton Street.

Construction will begin in March 2021 and will be finished in the summer of 2021.

Working hours will be Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Weekend and night work will only take place if necessary.

No impacts to water and sewer service are expected. Unplanned disruptions will be coordinated directly with the impacted residents.

Roads will remain open to local traffic, but residents not living in the immediate area will be asked to use West 99th Ave when construction takes place in West 97th Ave.

Construction Notification

Customers directly impacted by this work will be notified in advance of the construction with postcards.

The city strives to maintain a high level of service to our water and sewer customers. Thank you for your patience!
