Project Meeting-Nepalese Community Center - Rezoning/PDP-Harris Park Subdivision, Portion of Block 1
Tuesday, May 24, 2022
6-8 p.m.
GoToMeeting - See Description for Info

The City of Westminster places a high priority on contact with adjacent property owners and existing projects that could be affected by a new development proposal. As part of the development review process, the City of Westminster requires that the applicants representing new projects contact the surrounding property owners regarding their proposed developments. The applicant is responsible for all public notifications, researching and providing property ownership information, and if applicable, organizing and conducting project meeting(s). In the virtual setting, the City will be responsible for facilitating the project meeting using the GoToWebinar platform.

A virtual project meeting has been scheduled for review of the applicant’s request to rezone the property to Planned Unit Development (PUD) and for approval of the associated Preliminary Development Plan (PDP) and Official Development Plan (ODP) for the property located at 4001 West 76th Avenue, located in Block 19 of the Harris Park Subdivision.  The applicant proposes to convert the existing building into a community center along with expanded parking capacity and enhanced landscaping.  The virtual project meeting will be held on May 24, 2022 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Please see below for meeting information.

Required (Virtual) Project Meeting – Harris Park Subdivision, portion of Block 19: Applications for a Rezoning, Preliminary Development Plan, and Official Development Plan were submitted to the City in November, 2021.

Staff have completed their first review of the Rezoning and PDP and the applicant is required to hold a project meeting before review of their application can continue.

The virtual project meeting will be held on May 24, 2022 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

(*Note: Meeting will adjourn once all questions and comments have been heard.)
