Via Mobility Services Paratransit Program

The City of Westminster has partnered with Via Mobility Services to launch a one-year pilot program to offer free accessible transportation for Westminster residents who are age 60 or older or residents experiencing short-term or long-term disabilities. The shared-ride service begins August 15, 2022, and will operate Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., excluding holidays. This new service will offer Westminster residents a free ride within 15 miles of their homes. Drivers are trained extensively to safely assist passengers on and off accessible vehicles, and escort them door-through-door as requested. This program is a great fit for older adults who need transportation to and from doctor's appointments, the grocery store, or recreational activities. Residents who recently had surgery and are unable to drive are also eligible to use this service.

Residents can register for rides by contacting Via Mobility Services directly at (303) 444-3043.
