Golf Westminster Irrigation Project Notice
Legacy Ridge Irrigation Project (Fall 2021 – Summer 2022)
The irrigation renovation project at Legacy Ridge Golf Course continues into summer 2022. Work has shifted to the back 9 holes of the course, which are now closed to help maximize renovation efforts and capitalize on productivity without distractions. Work on the front 9 holes is now complete, and they have reopened for play.
Walnut Creek Irrigation Project (Summer 2022 – Winter 2022)
As renovations at Legacy Ridge wind down, the project will transition to Walnut Creek Golf Preserve, where the aging irrigation system will also be replaced. Upon completion, the new system will irrigate more efficiently and allow us to continue providing the fantastic golfing conditions we are known for! This large-scale project will take several months to complete with work expected to last through winter 2022. During this time, guests can expect changing course conditions, cart path only restrictions, and partial hole closures in effect for daily play. Walnut Creek will work closely with construction crews and make daily adjustments as necessary to ensure there is as little impact to play as possible. We appreciate your patience, and look forward to enjoying a refreshed and rejuvenated course in 2023.
