Batik

Explore techniques to create unique fabrics that can be used for scarves, accessories and clothing. Learn wax resist, free-form painting, making custom pattern stamps and more. $20 supply fee due at first class.

Floral Design - Winter
Create a contemporary door swag or wreath with a velvety or frosty touch. Bring decorative pieces you already have in your craft box to share or trade. $20 supply fee due at class. 

Floral Design – Random Act of Kindness
Surprise someone with a bouquet of fresh flowers and a handmade card with an encouraging message.  $20 supply fee due at class. 

Floral Design – Spring Basket
Make a spring basket with seasonal flowers and a special treat. Makes a great gift for a friend or neighbor. $20 supply fee due at class.

Jewelry - Chain Earrings    
Using chains to make simple or splashy earrings is all the rage. Learn how to use simple findings and chains to make your own stylish look. $25 supply fee includes chain, jewelry findings and use of tools. 

Jewelry - Multi-Strand Beaded Bracelet
Use beads and jewelry findings to make a three-strand classic bracelet that you’ll be proud to show off. Class supply fee of $30 includes all beads, jewelry findings, and use of tools.

Learn how to use wire and polished stone to make a classic pendant that will get you compliments. Class supply fee of $30 includes stones, silver wire, and use of tools. 


Wood carvingCarving

Wood Carving
From European chip carving to relief and carving-in-the-round, receive step-by-step instruction on using hand tools. Class focuses on individual projects with technical aid from the instructor. $8 supply fee for new students payable to instructor. Experienced students can use the class as studio time. Quilting

Quilting - Beginners
Learn the fundamentals of quilt piecing including reading and understanding a pattern, using rotary cutters, proper quarter inch seam sewing, and pressing techniques. Complete one 12 inch quilt block during class.

Quilting - Intermediate
Make a quilt from beginning to end during class. Be guided through proper cutting, piecing, pressing, making a quilt sandwich, beginner quilting techniques, binding, labeling, and making a hanging sleeve for a quilt.

Quilting and Binding
Learn how to sandwich and baste a quilt. Practice stitch in the ditch and echo quilting. Learn how to make your own binding, and attach it to your quilt, then make a hanging sleeve on the back of your quilt as well.
