Summer Camp Registration

June 4 - Aug. 10, 2018

General information

No program on July 4.

Ages: 6-13 (must have completed kindergarten). All campers swim two days each week.

The city offers three summer camp sites:

  • City Park Recreation Center - 10455 Sheridan Blvd.
  • Countryside - 10470 Oak St.
  • Westminster Academy for International Studies (WAIS) - 7482 Irving St.

City Park, Countryside and Westminster Academy for International Studies youth camp field trip day is Thursday.
City Park, Countryside and Westminster Academy for International Studies teen camp field trip days are Tuesday and Thursday.
WAIS camp visits Irving Street Library every Monday.
WAIS camp highlights math, reading and science activities.
Swim lessons or swim team are optional activities. Sign-up is separate and camp staff escorts children 6-10 years to and from lessons.

  • City Park Youth: 6-10 years old.
  • City Park Teen: 11-13 years old.
  • Countryside Youth: 6-9 years old.
  • Countryside Teen: 10-13 years old.
  • WAIS Youth: 6-9 years old.
  • WAIS Teen: 10-13 years old.


Funding is available through CCAP. Please contact your county for information on CCAP registration and qualification.

Registration Fee

  • One-time registration fee (additional): $45 nonrefundable, includes t-shirt and CampDoc.

Weekly Fee

  • Youth (weekly field trip included):$160 resident, $190 non-resident (4 day weekly fee available).
  • Teen (2 weekly field trips included): $190 resident, $225 non-resident (4 day weekly fee available).

Per day, non field trip days

  • Youth - $34 resident, $39 non-resident
  • Teen - $41 resident, $46 non-resident

Per day, field trip days

  • Youth  (Thursday)  $39 resident, $45 non-resident
  • Teen (Tuesday/Thursday) $46 resident, $50 non-resident


Weekly registration began January 3, 2018.  

Daily option registration is now available, provided space is available. Please use the registration link below.

All online health profiles must be completed by May 1 through CampDoc. You will receive an e-mail from CampDocs within 30 days of registration inviting you to complete health profiles for your child.

For allergy or swimming concerns, please notify the Youth and Teen Program office.
