Reserve a Park Pavilion

All reservations must be done online. Applicants must be 21 years and older to reserve a pavilion.

Reservation dates will run May 15 through September 30, 2021, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Park Pavillion Rental Information

The following pavilions will be open for reservations in 2021:
Alcohol permits will be available for pavilions listed below (application below), NO alcohol is permitted at locations not listed.

  • Big Dry Creek Park (west pavilion) (45-50 people)  $120
    1700 W. 128 Ave.
  • Bishop Square Park (50-65 people)  $120
    8150 Hooker St.
  • Cotton Creek Park  (20-25 people)  $100
    11199 Stuart St.
  • Downtown Pavilion (80-100 people) $650
    5845 W. 89 Ave  (grills not allowed)
    Do to the unique nature of this pavilion being located in downtown Westminster, parking rates do apply. Please check website for the most up to date parking rate information www.parkwestminster.us.
  • Nottingham Park  (60-70 people)  $160
    8695 Allison St.
  • Oakhurst Park West  (80-100 people) $160
    9311 Lark Bunting Dr.
  • Squires Park  (175-200 people) $160
    3450 W. 99 Ave.
  • Westbrook Park (20-25 people) $100
    9750 W. 97 Ave.

All other pavilion locations are open to the public unless booked for a Special Event. 

Alcohol Permit Application:

Please print and fill out the Alcohol Permit form and return with a copy of drivers license to fields@cityofwestminster.us
