Park Pavilion Rental Information

The City of Westminster offers park pavilions, which can be reserved for a variety of functions. Reservations are for the pavilion areas only; the rest of the park area is open to the public at all times.

The City of Westminster will be doing pavilion reservations differently in 2021, due to the pandemic and unpredictability of staffing.*

Reservations will be done using our new on-line system and no longer made in person at Westminster City Hall.

**Pavilion reservations for 2021 will be done in phases.

         Phase I will open on March 1, with the first available reservation being May 1.

         Phase II will open for reservations on April 1, with the first available reservation being June 1. The reservation season will still run through September 30.

*PLEASE NOTE: all reservations are subject to following current pandemic guidelines and/or restrictions, such as capacity limits. Reservations will be subject to cancellation and /or change, based on pandemic guidelines and staffing. There will be no rescheduling; cancelling will result in a credit being returned either to the household account in our system, or a refund back to the purchaser.

**Other pavilion locations throughout the City will still be available on a first come, first served basis. There is no alcohol allowed during this type of usage. 

A $10 cancellation fee will be assessed for requests received a minimum of 15 days prior to the scheduled event. Rescheduling requests due to unforeseen circumstances must be made within 24 hours of the event by calling the number below. Refunds will be made in full if rescheduling is not an option.

Requests for alcohol (beer or wine - no kegs, vats or glass containers) will require an application available on March 1.  Alcohol permits cost $50. For more information, please see the Parks, Recreation and Libraries Regulations

  • Pavilion + east paver area 
  • Renters are responsible for posting “Private Party” signage to deter others from using permitted areas
  • Food trucks are permitted with permission from the City.  Please contact Amanda Schreck if you are wanting a
    food truck at your event:
  • Renter is permitted to bring in additional chairs and outside tables
  • Tents or grills are not permitted
  • Capacity 100 guests (pavilion and east plaza)


Bishop Square Park Pavilion (8150 Hooker St) - $120/full day *

Phase 2 locations and pricing:

Downtown Westminster Plaza/Pavilion - $650/full day *

Bishop Square Park Pavilion (8150 Hooker St) - $120/full day *

Squires Park Pavilion (99th Ave. and Lowell Blvd.) - $160/full day *

*Full day is 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Alcohol permit Application: Cost is $50. Available for pavilion reservations with a contract.  Application will be done on-line and require a drivers license copy and must be submitted a minimum of 72 hours prior to rental for approval.  Only beer and wine allowed with no glass containers.
