City Council Meetings: 2nd and 4th Mondays at 7 p.m. (please note the new start time)
Study Sessions: 1st and 3rd Mondays at 6:30 p.m.
Both meetings are held at Westminster City Hall, 4800 W. 92nd Ave.
Please Note: Metal detectors are in place at the entrance of City Hall during these meetings.

Westminster City Council may convene as the board of directors of other separate entities under state law, such as:
- Westminster Economic Development Authority (WEDA);
- Westminster Housing Authority (WHA);
- and/or specific general improvement districts.
When such meetings are scheduled, agendas for those meetings are available with the regular City Council agenda.
Please Note: Council may, at its discretion, take action or not take action as recommended in the agenda memorandum. For a definitive statement of council actions, refer to the minutes of the council meeting.
Public comment
City Council meetings have a citizen communication period at the beginning of each meeting.
During this time, citizens are welcome to comment for up to 5 minutes on any issue or item pertaining to City business, except those for which a public hearing is scheduled.
In order to speak during the citizen communication period, please sign in at the table in the back of the Council chambers prior to the start of the meeting. You will be asked to provide your full name and address for the record.
If you wish to speak on an item for which a public hearing is scheduled, you will be required to fill out a “Request to Speak or Request to Have Name Entered into the Record” form indicating whether you wish to comment or have your name recorded as having an opinion on the public hearing issue. Any person speaking during a public hearing may be questioned by a member of City Council or by an appropriate member of city staff.
Always check the meeting agenda, date and time prior to coming.
Public comment is not allowed during Study Session meetings.
