2021 SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

**In an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19, Westminster's Office of Cultural Affairs continues to works closely with state and local health departments to ensure all 2021 special events are fully compliant with current public health mandates.**

Virtual Armed Forces Day Ceremony (ONLINE ONLY)
Saturday, May 15

Celebrate Armed Forces Day from the comfort of your home by viewing a video link of a pre-recorded ceremony filmed live at Westminster's Armed Forces Tribute Garden. Ceremony highlights include the induction of 2020 and 2021 memorial brick recipients and the dedication of three new sculptures honoring the Merchant Marine, Air Force, and Coast Guard.

Summer Attractions - All Month Long!

JUNE

Live Theater: The Land of Milk and Honey
June 4-27, 7 p.m. and 8 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday
Shoenberg Farms

Site-specific, immersive theater returns to Westminster with The Land of Milk and Honeya month-long production by celebrated theater company The Catamounts that brings to life the rich history of Shoenberg Farms. Small, socially-distanced groups will travel through one of Westminster's most historic properties, where the state's agricultural, philanthropic, immigrant, and healthcare heritage once dynamically converged. The Land of Milk and Honey explores themes of philanthropy, migration, the sanatorium movement, historical responses to health crises in America, the Jewish immigrant experience, and more through a series of indoor dramatic settings. Part ghost story, part time travel, and wholly a celebration of how humans can turn personal tragedy into an act of community compassion!

Hops & Bops Beer Crawls
August 6-28 (every Friday and Saturday night in August)

Just because Westminster's popular beer festival is on a pandemic hiatus doesn't mean you have to cry in your beer at home—during our Hops & Bops mini beer crawls, the beer comes to you in the safety of your socially-distanced pod! Depending on the night's theme, you'll enjoy trivia, music, and—of course—a wide range of tasty suds. Proudly supported by SCL HealthAscent,  Aspire, and RE/MAX Alliance.

Father Daughter Ball
An enchanted evening awaits fathers and daughters at the Father Daughter Ball. This year's theme will be Butterfly Kisses! Appropriate for children 3 years and older. Although this event is traditionally for fathers and daughters, other adult/child attendees are welcome.
