The City of Westminster places a high priority on contact with adjacent property owners and existing projects that could be affected by a new development proposal. As part of the development review process, the City of Westminster requires that the applicants representing new projects contact the surrounding property owners regarding their proposed developments. The applicant is responsible for all public notifications, researching and providing property ownership information, and if applicable, organizing and conducting project meeting(s). In the virtual setting, the City will be responsible for facilitating the project meeting using the GoToWebinar platform.
A virtual project meeting has been scheduled for a Rezoning, Preliminary Development Plan (PDP), and Official Development Plan (ODP) review of the proposed Huron Farm subdivision development located at 14781 Huron St. The virtual project meeting will be held on September 21, 2022 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Required (Virtual) Project Meeting – Huron Farm subdivision – Located at 14781 Huron St: An application for the Rezoning, Preliminary Development Plan, and Official Development Plan was submitted to the City in July, 2022.
Staff have completed their first review of the PDP amendment and the applicant is required to hold a project meeting before they can resubmit their application.
The virtual project meeting will be held on September 21, 2022 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
